LESLEY LUI

 

No matter where I go, Toronto is where I call home! I was born and raised in North York, and attended Queen's University for four glorious years! Photography started as a hobby for me in high school. I was lucky to attend a school whose art department had a light room, where I spent countless hours developing photos of anything and anyone that would pose for me! 

 

In the next decade that followed graduation, I continued developing my fascination with the fine arts, and photography specifically, while working for an investment bank.  My specialty was in fine art photography, and head shots. Eventually, I realized that I wanted to live my life pursuing a career that wasn't only a job, but a also a passion that gave me a creative outlet. I quit my full-time office job and spent the next few years travelling and exploring; delving further into landscape, commercial and wedding photography.

I currently split my time between Central America (where I live in a humble little house by the beach; where the beer is cheap and the surf is warm) and Toronto, the city I grew up in and hold close to my heart.
